Favorite Nelson Core Value: My favorite Nelson core value is Integrity. Being honest, committed, and dedicated in everything one does is all one has to show for oneself.
First Job: My first job was right out of high school as a laborer. I learned the ins and outs of infection control in healthcare settings during my 19-years’ experience.

Your Hero: My dad is my hero. He taught me how to be the man that I am today.
Word to the Wise: Three things: Treat everyone with respect; Give 110% to everything you do; this is the way to leave a mark in all the work you do. Your hard work will pay off; Stay humble and always help those in need, when and if you’re able to.
Favorite thing about construction: It is amazing to see how the plans on paper come to life. Seeing the work being done and being part of the teams that make it happen is always an honor when projects are completed.
