Nestor Moran



Nestor is a senior project engineer at NelsonHCS and brings over 12 years of engineering and construction experience with an emphasis in Healthcare and the AEC industry and has excellent technical skills with computer programs and applications. He has worked on large to small-scale HCAi-1 construction projects.

Nestor’s career is focused on project engineering and Healthcare and is experienced with working in occupied hospital critical care environments while delivering the most technical projects. He’s very proficient in understanding specific project details like Change Orders, RFIs, submittal packages, and is excellent in executing flawless document control, scheduling, and communication with vendors and contractors. He also manages our Procore software program and interfaces with all Users and viewers.
