Luis is a project manager with over 15 years’ experience in the healthcare construction industry, he has been an integral part of both estimating and delivering hundreds of projects over his career. He has spent 10 years working in the HVAC industry in many of the leading Healthcare facilities in Southern California. His strengths are in CADD design, estimating and coordinating the work efforts with the Client, and the subcontractors to alleviate any challenges to Patient Care.

Luis has dedicated his career to healthcare and feels he can make a difference everyday by applying his logical process of project management to ensuring all aspects of the project have been considered, scheduled, and thought out.

First Job: At the young age of 16, my first job as a part-time was at a sporting goods store (Big5) in Garden Grove, California.
Best Vacation Spot: My favorite vacation is Mexico. I enjoy their culture.
Most Useful App: Robinhood – has become my useful application where I invested in stocks. I enjoy having a passive income as a hobby.
Your Hero: My parents are my biggest inspiration. They have shown me a bright path of success in life with education and discipline.
Favorite Subject in School: Drafting & Design was my favorite topic, which led me to go architectural school in college.
Favorite thing about construction: As many argue I have a stressful job. I see my job as a passion, because I love what I do. I enjoy the interaction with trades onsite where I learn from and together, we deliver beyond expectation.
