Jerome is an Assistant Superintendent at NelsonHCS, Inc. with eight years of construction experience in operating hospital campus projects. He has worked on and managed every aspect of large to small-scale HCAi-1 healthcare construction projects, including project programming, permitting, and subcontractor management. Jerome can evaluate challenges and obstacles to facilitate the execution of complex and dynamic Healthcare Projects. He has dedicated his career to healthcare and is experienced with working in occupied hospital critical care environments while delivering the most technical projects.

Jerome is responsible for project Safety, Infection Control, and onsite subcontractor coordination, and manages the site access, deliveries, dumpster transfers, and when the site is open or closed multiple times a day. He is the main interface for our self-performing Teams and schedules their efforts on our projects.
