As Senior Project Manager, Haytham brings over 16 years of construction management experience to Nelson with an emphasis in healthcare. Deadline-driven and customer-focused, Haytham can manage all facets of construction, and can put a tool bag on and assisting the field staff. He has worked on and managed every aspect of large to small-scale HCAi-1 construction projects.
Haytham’s collaborative approach, well-developed problem solving, and team attitude make him a very effective leader at NelsonHCS. He leads the company’s Quality Control Program, setting QC/QA standards, and implementing measurements to guide a project Team to a successful project.

Favorite thing about construction: Construction is all about collaboration, the relationships and bonds that go along with it. Construction projects involve many people working together towards a common goal, and their ability to do so makes or breaks the final result.
