Haytham Maharmeh



As Senior Project Manager, Haytham brings over 17 years of construction management experience to Nelson with an emphasis in healthcare. Deadline-driven and customer-focused, Haytham can manage all facets of construction, and can put a tool bag on and assisting the field staff. He has worked on and managed every aspect of large to small-scale HCAi-1 construction projects.

Haytham’s collaborative approach, well-developed problem solving, and team attitude make him a very effective leader at NelsonHCS. He leads the company’s Quality Control Program, setting QC/QA standards, and implementing measurements to guide a project Team to a successful project.

Your Hero: My Dad, as he raised us to be great people and started his own business. Also, he did make sure all his kids got a good education and graduated with a degree.
Word to the Wise: The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you have not found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle.
Favorite Subject in School: Math
Favorite thing about construction: Construction is all about collaboration, the relationships and bonds that go along with it. Construction projects involve many people working together towards a common goal, and their ability to do so makes or breaks the final result.
