Connie Saltikov



Connie has more than four years of construction experience and has encompassed a wide range of project types with an emphasis on healthcare. She joined Nelson in 2020 as our office manager working in the Southern California region. She has since been promoted as the Executive Manager and is part of the NelsonHCS leadership team.

As the leader of Human Resources at Nelson, Connie is dedicated to finding and helping to develop the right people. By managing our recruiting efforts, and employee relations, she helps to ensure that all Nelson employees share in our common purpose and core values and demonstrate a passion for what they do in the office or in the field. She shows a true talent for creating an effective and empowered workplace and is committed to understanding the needs of all Nelson employees.

An accomplished finance professional who is involved with various teams across Nelson, Connie is the go-to person for accounting expertise. With experience in building and streamlining processes, implementing new accounting systems, finding solutions to the most complex problems, and works closely with the leadership and project teams, Connie seeks to continually improve Nelson’s accounting systems and processes. Her hard work and diligence contribute to Nelson’s financial health and stability, ensuring the company can continue to move ever forward in service of our customers.
