Bruce Nelson


Bruce is President and CEO at NelsonHCS, Inc., with over 32 years’ experience in General Contracting and Construction Management in a wide variety of construction industry expertise from both a contractors’ and owners’ perspective enable, he leads Planning, Programming, and Preconstruction. His background includes a depth of Healthcare experience, including the last 22 years focused on HCAi-1 Hospital facilities, surgery centers, and long-term acute care facilities. Bruce has also managed projects for education, government, and corporate facilities, as well as for commercial, retail and development clients. His past service in the United States Air Force has facilitated NelsonHC Inc. status as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB.).

Being responsible for the entire Nelson Team and execution of each project, Bruce manages the course of the Team delivering what we’ve promised. He also works with the Owner as a Trusted Advisor ensuring their specific needs are focused on. Bruce’s considerable knowledge of project development and construction management led him to participate in various industry conferences as a highly regarded keynote speaker, as well as contribute to numerous prestigious business publications.
