Bob is a Senior Project Superintendent with over 36 years’ experience in operating hospital campus construction projects. He has worked on and managed every aspect of large to small-scale HCAi-1 construction projects. With a significant understanding of complex multi-trade knowledge, he has strong experience in project supervision, team building with subcontractors, inspections, problem solving, scheduling, submittal review, plans and specifications, compliance with the contract documents. Bob is very knowledgeable of Cal OSHA safety codes, HCAi standards, California building codes, UL tested assemblies, California Fire Code, and local building codes.
Bob is responsible for all day-to-day project site operations including safety, subcontractor coordination, infection control, cost management, quality assurance / quality control, and owner satisfaction. He has developed exceptional management skills and communication skills with both jobsite personnel and owner representatives.
