Remodel of the existing Endoscopy procedure room included monolithic flooring with six-inch coved base, new equipment, staff emergency nurse call, code call nurse call, an oxygen medical gas, and three vacuum outlets. Additional spaces included a processing room for cleaning and decontaminating instruments, pre-operative patient holding, post-anesthesia recovery area, and communication systems for emergency notification. The Endoscopy procedure room required 200 square feet of clear floor space and a handwashing sink with hands free operation.
