This new healthcare campus project consisted of: planning for a future 300-bed main hospital, Central Utility Plant, IT / Data Center, a 28 acre infrastructure development, a two-story 60,000 square foot eight suite surgery center, a 125,000 square foot medical office building consisting of four floors- OSHPD three surgery, one general practice, and a 35,000-square-foot below grade radiation, oncology center, including linear accelerators with day-lighting to create a healing environment. Bruce worked on this $75M project, providing pre-construction services.
