This innovation project has shell-core-exterior modernizations and upgrades to two (2) Health Center buildings. Exterior Façade upgrades of an existing bank and office building along with interior demolition to prepare for future medical and office space interior improvements. The 13,155 sf Building “A” included the first floor and basement improvements. The 21,512 sf Building “B” included basement, parking garage, and first floor upgrades. Both projects contained demolition, landscape, site work and exterior façade upgrades.
