NelsonHCS Inc. is remodeling and renovating an existing general acute care / psychiatric hospital for Anaheim Community Hospital. 🏨

This location has been closed with 102 licensed beds in suspension.

The project primarily includes tenant improvement of the existing spaces to provide support services for psychiatric units. NelsonHCS Inc. assisted in bringing the project to completion and is now responsible for the post occupancy items which include CDPH, OSHPD, Client, and end user requests, such as anti ligature risk areas, doors, frames, hardware, drywall, building specialties, low voltage security, plumbing, glass and glazing and electrical systems.

Total Square footage – 62,945 sq ft.
